The ICT Service Management Course will provide you with the knowledge to manage the services that an organization can provide to its own users (internal) and those that a company can provide to other companies (external).
The program covers from the fundamentals of ICT service management to the best practices proposed by the ITIL® reference framework (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) in its latest ITIL 4 version published in February 2019.
ITIL 4 provides a practical and flexible approach to move into the new world of digital transformation and adopt a end to end operating model for the delivery and operation of products and services. ITIL 4 also provides a holistic image that integrates frameworks like Lean IT, Agile and DevOps.
At the end of the course, you will be familiar with methodologies, frameworks and standards of ICT service management, and you can also get your professional ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
The ICT Services Management Course provides you 5 ECTS credits recognized in the Master in Technology Management at La Salle-URL.
