Four Views on the Human Condition is a course that invites you to reflect on the condition of the human being in today's world. Through the perspectives of four great contemporary philosophers — Sören Kierkegaard, Friedrich Nietzsche, Max Scheler, and Edith Stein — you will explore essential questions of human existence, such as love, vocation, the place of the human being in the cosmos, anguish, time, and death.

The works of these great thinkers will open new horizons in your way of thinking and help you rethink crucial issues, generating a debate on questions that are more relevant today than ever.

In a context marked by transhumanism and posthumanism, you will face fundamental questions: What is the human being? What is their vocation in the world? Is there meaning in life and human suffering? Are love and hope possible?
