For years, many professionals have managed projects empirically, without specific training. This gave rise to the term “Accidental Project Manager.” Today, organizations are seeking certified professionals who are able to plan, lead, and deliver results effectively.
The Project Management Program at La Salle-URL offers you a solid and practical education, where you will learn from the fundamentals to the most advanced concepts of project management, following the most recognized international standards. You will develop an integrated vision, combining strategy, leadership, and professional management methodologies applicable to any industry.
The program consists of three progressive modules:
- Project Management: Discover the fundamentals of project management and learn to balance the triple constraint scope, time, and cost to achieve successful outcomes.
- Advanced Project Management. Deepen your understanding of the key areas of Project Management (resources, procurement, quality, communication, stakeholders, and risks) and apply monitoring, control, and closing techniques with a professional approach.
- Advanced Project Leadership in the Organization: Integrate organizational strategy with the management of projects, programs, and portfolios. Understand how to align projects with corporate goals to maximize business impact.
Upon successfully completing the assessment, you will earn the University Expert Certificate in Project Management (15 ECTS), issued by Universitat Ramon Llull (URL). The credits can also be validated if you later pursue the Master’s Degree in Project Management (60 ECTS).
