However, while some aspects of sustainability are addressed in various project management standards, the integration of sustainability into projects and project management is not yet fully recognized.
Sustainable development requires the integration of sustainability principles into business operations and projects, as well as the establishment of frameworks and standards to assess their sustainable impact.
Similarly, Project Managers need to acquire new skills with the aim of leading teams sustainably and addressing ethical dilemmas.
The Course in Sustainable Project Management will provide you with guidelines for implementing sustainability in project management at different levels, learning to assess the current situation of projects and plan their improvements within the context of the company as a whole.
This course is part of a broader educational itinerary, the Program in Sustainable Project Management (15 ECTS) at La Salle Campus Barcelona.
