The process for admissions and enrolment consists of 2 steps:
- Application: you must apply for admission to the course by filling in the following online form. You must attach a copy of your official identity card or passport and an up-to-date CV.
Applications are assessed on a first-come, first-served basis, and the number of places is limited.
2. Documentation and enrolment: you must pay the total cost of the course with a credit card or by bank transfer.
Within 24-48 hours, we will send you the username and password with which you will be able to access the Virtual Campus - eStudy, where you will find all the material, resources and support activities that will be carried out during the course.
FINANCING PROGRAM FOR COURSES
The applicable discounts are cumulative if they do not exceed 20%. It is possible to apply to discount and split the payment simultaneously:
Early Bird Discounts
If you make the payment or the first installment of the course 3 months before its start, we apply a 15% discount.
2 months before the start, we apply a 10% discount.
1 month before the start, we apply a 5% discount.
Alumni of La Salle Campus Barcelona, as well as any other La Salle centre in the world, benefit from a 10% discount.
Corporate Agreement Discount
15% discount to companies and professional groups that have signed a collaboration agreement with FUNITEC-La Salle.
Discount to companies that want to enroll several participants in the same course or in several courses within the same academic year. Up to 20% depending on the number of students. For groups of 8 or more people, we can offer the option of in-company training.
Up to 20% to self-employed professionals who have been economically affected and to unemployed professionals or ERTE.
People with a disability of 33% or more have a 25% discount.
Stay With Us
If you are studying a program during the academic year and decide to continue specializing, you can benefit from 20% discount on the second training.
Payment in installments
It is possible to divide the payment of a course into monthly installments as long as the last installment is paid one month before the end of the program (without applying any interest rate).
Right of withdrawal
The contract for the provision of training services regulated in these General Conditions shall be deemed to have been concluded on the date on which the reservation of the place is formalized or, if no such reservation is made, on the date on which the enrolment is formalized.
The candidate will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the conclusion of the service provision contract to withdraw from it without penalty, provided that the academic program in which he/she has enrolled has not begun, in which case the amount to be reimbursed will be discounted from the amount corresponding to the days that the program has been taught.
Candidates who wish to communicate their withdrawal must do so in writing, within the aforementioned period, unequivocally stating their wish to withdraw by sending the withdrawal form, addressed to the attention of FUNDACIÓ PRIVADA UNIVERSITAT I TECNOLOGIA (FUNITEC), C/ Sant Joan de La Salle, nº 42, 08022 Barcelona, or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised correctly by the candidate, the amounts paid will be reimbursed with the right to a refund by bank transfer, within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal form.
General conditions for refunds
Candidates who wish to cancel their enrolment after the cancellation period must apply for cancellation within thirty (30) days before the start of the program in which they are enrolled. In this case, the student may request a refund of the amounts paid.
The claim for any financial refund outside the withdrawal period must be made up to thirty (30) days before the start of the program or during the course no refund will be made of any of the amounts paid up to that time.
Refunds will only be made in the following specific cases:
- Denial of the student visa: the place reservation will be refunded, except for a 100 EUR administrative fee. Documentation proving the denial is required.
- If the course is canceled: the entire place reservation will be refunded.
COURSE WITH FUNDING AVAILABLE FOR COMPANIES
Some or all the cost of this course may be covered by FUNDAE training funds.
La Salle-URL is accredited by FUNDAE as a training provider, and we provide all the information required so you can request funding for your course from said body.
We offer special bonuses to those companies that enroll several participants in the same course or in different courses within the current academic year.
