Being aware of the level of interdependence between all the elements that make up a team, a project or a company is the core of leadership with a systemic approach.
During the Course in Systemic Leadership you will acquire the skills to be able to distinguish the parts within a whole in order to make the best decisions from your leadership.
The Course in Systemic Leadership (5 ECTS) is part of a broader program, the Leadership Program for People and Teams Transformation (15 ECTS), a University Expert degree from the Ramon Llull University. These credits are recognized if you would like to complete the full program later.
