The Course in Advanced Project Management is the continuation of the Course in Introduction to Project Management. After learning the basic principles and methodology of project management from the Project Management Institute (PMI) approach, the Course in Advanced Project Management will give you knowledge about project management processes.
You will get an integrative vision of Resources, Purchasing, Quality, Communication, Stakeholders and Risk. You will also learn about Monitoring, Control and Closing of the projects in detail.
You will delve further in the different management processes and you will be able to choose the techniques to be applied in each moment to have a greater control of the project. You will also learn to make more effective communication with the team and the project environment, through scheduling control tools, costs and uncertainties.
With this course you will acquire:
- High-performance training provided by qualified professionals.
- A diploma issued by La Salle, accrediting the hours of training in Project Management. Provides 25 hours of training of the 35 hours necessary to get the certification PMP® o CAPM®.
- 5 ECTS credits provided by the knowledge learned in the course. These credits are recognizable after completion of the Master's Degree in Project Management (MUDP).
