The Artificial Intelligence Management and Governance course is designed for those who have completed the first Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence course or for those who already have basic knowledge of AI.
It focuses on the strategy, management and ethical implications of AI in business. You will learn about the AI value chain, digital transformation, risks and security, as well as AI regulation and policy. Through hands-on workshops and case studies, you'll explore implementing AI strategies and managing their risks.
The course also offers a unique opportunity for participants to apply what they have learned in a real AI project. You will have the opportunity to implement an AI project in a real business scenario, from the approach of execution to implementation, either developing your own project or outsourcing.
In addition, masterclasses are incorporated into the course, with international experts in the sector, which address topics such as AI and sustainability, corporate social responsibility and the future of work, providing additional insight into how AI is transforming the business world. They offer deep insight into how AI is revolutionizing different sectors, for example energy, and how it is influencing sustainability and the future of work.
The program culminates with the presentation of projects based on real situations and a final exam, providing a comprehensive and accessible learning experience in the field of AI.
