Companies carry out projects aimed at different needs, such as the launch of new products or services, the implementation of new processes, organizational restructuring or transformation of an area or company. The success of these projects depends on their management and that is why it is important to have trained professionals.
With the Course in Executive Corporate Project Management, you will be trained to acquire training in management and leadership skills with a business and strategic vision.
On completion of the course, you will receive a diploma issued by La Salle, accrediting the hours of training in Project Management. 25 training hours are counted towards the 35 hours that are necessary to have access to the PMP certification ® or CAPM ® of the PMI.
