The Applied Artificial Intelligence for Project Management Programme teaches participants how to use AI tools to automate tasks, optimize processes, and improve decision-making in project management.
You will learn how to apply technologies such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and n8n in real-world Project Management environments, integrating them with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Outlook, and Power BI.
Through practical case studies, you will discover how to reduce operational workload, automate project monitoring, generate reports automatically, and analyze risks using Artificial Intelligence.
This programme forms part of La Salle Executive Education’s Artificial Intelligence ecosystem and is linked to the Artificial Intelligence in Business Programme, leading to a 15 ECTS University Expert qualification awarded by Ramon Llull University.
