After having laid the foundations in the initial course (Business Sustainability Management), this advanced course offers you a technical and practical vision so that you can integrate business sustainability as a strategic axis in your organization.
Throughout the Sustainability Strategy Implementation Course in the Company, you will better understand the changing environment that affects companies and learn how to manage it in a resilient way. You will delve into the current regulatory framework – environmental, social and governance – and the key levers of sustainable development.
You will learn how to calculate your company's carbon footprint, design decarbonization plans, and apply circular economy, environmental regeneration, and biodiversity strategies. You will also be trained in sustainable leadership, good corporate governance and how to build an impact-oriented organisational culture.
You will see how to develop a strategic sustainability plan, integrate double materiality, apply key indicators and rely on certifications such as B Corp. In addition, you will discover how to implement reporting processes in accordance with CSRD regulations, with the support of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.
The course will also allow you to work on eco-design, life cycle analysis and sustainability applied to products, projects and strategic decisions. All this with a practical approach, accompanied by real cases, applied exercises and the direct experience of companies and experts in the sector.
This advanced module is part of the University Expert in Sustainability Management in Business, a 15 ECTS degree awarded by Ramon Llull University.
