The course combines theoretical introductory sessions with a practical workshop format in which teams work directly on their projects. At the start of each session, the instructor introduces the relevant concepts and strategies, which students immediately apply to their work. The course includes dedicated project weeks focused entirely on team-based development, culminating in global pitch presentations in which all first-year students participate. Each student also provides feedback on their peers' projects through surveys and analysis of results.
