Author and animation director, screenwriter, producer, painter, illustrator, and lecturer. Trained in Fine Arts, my main motivation has always been radical creativity and experimentation, especially in animation, but also in media such as painting, live-action, and scriptwriting.

I started by directing music videos for Spanish artists like Joaquín Sabina or Radio Futura, as well as advertising spots, highlighting MTV Show Just for Lonely Women (MTV UK), Laus Gold Award. I have collaborated with studios such as Cromosoma or Grupo Godó, where I directed a 26-episode documentary series. Later, I founded my own studio, YanquipaY, from which I created three miniseries for Televisió de Catalunya, pioneering adult animation: 240, the cloned boy, Welcome to Mundopatata, and Familia.cat.

I have managed budgets of up to €400,000 and teams of more than 40 people, collaborating with clients such as TVC, MTV, Sony Music, or Canal+. I have also participated in markets such as Cartoon Forum, Annecy, or MIP-COM.
As a painter and illustrator, I have collaborated with El País or La Vanguardia.

I understand that my mission as a lecturer is to facilitate students in discovering their own creative potential, empowering them to bring their ideas to life in a novel and consistent way.
