File Transfer

In order to be able to process a transfer of records of undergraduate university studies carried out at a national university, the student must transfer the file transfer with the home university, and in case the studies are completed, the student must submit an official certificate of grades Duly sealed by the university. To proceed with the recognition of credits, the student must present the syllabi of all subjects subject to recognition, as well as the study plan of the degree of origin. In this way, the Commission of Recognitions of the School will make a proposal of agreement with the number of credits of each subject and its contents.

In case the university studies transferred are intended to be taken in a foreign country, the student must be able to prove that the studies of origin are official university studies. These documents must be duly legalized and apostilled together with an official certificate. To proceed with the recognition of credits, the student must present the syllabi of all subjects subject to recognition, as well as the study plan in such a way that the Commission of Acknowledgments can extract an equivalence in ECTS credits. The School Acknowledgments Committee will make a proposal according to the number of credits of each subject and its contents. It will not be possible to formalize the registration without the documents legally legalized.
