Projects I

Description
The course introduces the student to the elaboration and creation of the pre-production of an animation or VFX project in a team. During the year, they develop two projects, one per quarter, where they will apply the knowledge acquired in the subjects of drawing, sculpture, character animation, narrative and cinematography. The classes have a practical workshop format in which students put their knowledge into practice under the guidance of the teacher. The results of the project carried out by the students are based on characteristic products of the animation and vfx industry, such as: Movies, Series, Videogames, short films, etc. These products will be shown in four presentations in pitch format, which will be made during the academic year.

Once the team meetings have been held, the students will work on their projects to prepare the necessary material for the presentations that will be made during the classes. Once the project is created, global presentations will be made where all 1st year students will participate in the Pitch and each student will give feedback to their peers through surveys and analysis of the results.
