Objectives

To provide students basic knowledge related to the articulation of business projects, in order to be able to proceed to an approach to the management of these.

3. Competitive strategy
4. Company structure
5. Project management

Methodology

Class sessions will involve a dynamic combination of theory and practice, both of which are key to student assessment.

Given the nature of the subject and the topics covered in the syllabus, the following methodologies will be implemented to help students acquire knowledge and skills:

MD9 Peer Instruction
MD13 Case Method

Evaluation

The final grade for the course in the regular examination period will be calculated based on:
? Active participation during class sessions (50%)
? Final Knowledge Validation Test (50%). If a score of 4.5 or lower is not achieved on this test, the course will be failed, as the different assessment activities are not weighted.

The final grade for the course in the regular examination period will be obtained by passing a final exam covering all the content taught during the course.
