The learning outcomes that students who take this course must achieve, based on the curriculum of their Master's degree, are:
1. Know and be able to identify the different types of project life cycles (R&D projects, deployment projects, product development projects, etc.).
2. Know and be able to apply the main techniques and tools for defining the triple constraint (scope, cost, and time) and the resources needed for a project.
3. Know how to create a Project Charter
4. Know how to carry out detailed project planning and prepare the project plan
5. Know how to identify the main stakeholders in the project and their communication needs
The objectives of this course are:
Learn to analyze the available project management methodological alternatives
Learn to integrate different methodological techniques and approaches (hybrid methodology)
Learn to create a project plan detailing its scope, budget, schedule, and resource needs.

Each session is divided into two parts: in the first part the teacher provides the basic knowledge so that the students can research and complete the task. The rest of the session is dedicated to working and resolving doubts about the practical application of the concepts.
The student's final grade (Na) will be composed of
Na = 5% contribution to the forum + 10% Project Charter + 5% scope plan and WBS + 30% Final questionnaire + 35% final report + 15% presentation of the project plan
To pass, a grade of >= 5 must have been obtained in the Final Questionnaire.
Group work will be assessed taking into account the intermediate integrables and the final project plan presented. Individual assessment will be carried out considering participation in the subject forum and through a questionnaire at the end of the subject.
