Public Service Hours (from Monday to Friday)

From 15th of July to 1st of August and from 19th of August to 30th of August

  • MORNING: from 10:30 to 13:45
  • AFTERNOON: from 16:00 to 18:00

General Secretary will remain closed to the public from 2nd of August to the 16th of August, both included.

 
At the Academic Administration Office, we handle enrolment processes, certificate requests, processing of degrees, as well as academic applications and administrative procedures of all kinds.
