Methodology
La Salle-URL’s online methodology combines situated learning with self-directed learning. Through situated learning, you will tackle challenges that replicate real business problems: instead of simply memorising concepts, you will put them to the test. With self-directed learning, you set your own pace. Building on your previous experience, you progress from what you already know rather than starting from the same point as everyone else.
- We use a constructivist approach, adapting the programme to your starting point so that every hour of learning counts.
- With our online methodology, you will not progress alone. Coordinators and mentors — practising professionals with expertise in their fields — will support you through every challenge and help you find solutions.
- Each week, you will work on a challenge with the support of learning guides and additional materials. During live online sessions, the mentor introduces the challenge, answers questions and encourages discussion. Your learning is shaped by the group as well as by the course content.
