The technological base is the transversal axis of all our online training. Our unique and pioneering methodology is based on situational and self-directed learning.

Situational learning: through the challenges, you will learn to address real problems and situations in the company. During the program, several challenges are posed to consolidate the learning and learn from their own mistakes and those of their peers.

Self-directed learning: you will decide and build your own specific training. The program consists of live conferences with each mentor where the challenge is presented, and feedback is collected from the group. Afterward, doubts and critical issues of each challenge are clarified, and the decisions made are discussed in the group.

The methodology of the Guided Learning model is based on the constructivist method. This allows us to adapt to your previous knowledge, making most of your time to the training. The interaction of four elements is key:

They will teach you the skills to face the challenges as a true expert, and guide you by providing you the necessary resources.

He is always in contact with the student, accompanying him throughout the entire training experience.

They are expert professors in each area of knowledge who are active and will advise you.
