The master's degree is taught on a project-based basis, combined with seminars.
The methodological bases with which you will be trained are:
- Scenario-centered-curriculum system.
- Development of projects inspired by real cases.
- Tutorials by the business professionals themselves who led the real cases on which the projects are inspired.
You will carry out three types of project:
- Telecommunications networks and systems projects (2 projects).
- Telecommunications subsystem projects (2 projects).
- Business projects (2 projects).
Your learning is supported by the LSHomeLab, a toolkit developed by La Salle that includes:
- Hardware: FPGA programming board, IRISLite, hardware platform for IoT and artificial intelligence, among others.
- Free software: FPGA and VHDL, software development kits, numerical simulation software, radio link simulation, antenna simulation, among others.
With the LSHomeLab you will be able to carry out the internship both in face-to-face and online mode.
Smart Learning
Teaching and learning no longer respond to a single format. Today's training requires flexibility: different methods that are intelligently adapted to the needs of each student.
La Salle Campus Barcelona was a pioneer in incorporating technology into education. Since September 2020 we have been applying Smart Learning, a model that combines face-to-face, blended, distance and online formats, and that adjusts to the needs of each program and each student.
This model reinforces our "Learning by Challenge" method, which is based on four pillars: technology, innovation, entrepreneurship and internationalization. The objective is to train people with values, people who add up. The student is at the center of the process, and the process responds to what students, society and companies need today.
