Digital transformation is no longer simply an IT project: it is a matter of strategy, governance and talent. La Salle-URL’s Master’s Degree in Technology Management prepares you to take on a leadership role in which technology is no longer merely a support function, but becomes a driving force for organisational change.

Throughout the Master’s programme, you will:

  • Develop an understanding of business management and digital transformation, enabling you to support your organisation’s change and innovation strategy.
  • Lead technology teams and establish effective IT governance.
  • Develop the management skills required to lead people and technology in R&D&I environments.
  • Contribute to strategic IT planning and manage a project portfolio that connects technological development, innovation and research.
  • Apply economic and financial management principles to IT management, understanding how different departments work together.
  • Solve problems in new and uncertain environments, where the answer cannot always be found in a manual.
  • Understand the ethical, legal and professional framework governing the profession and the management of IT.
  • Acquire the knowledge required to pursue certifications such as the following upon completion of the Master’s programme:
    • ITIL 4 Foundation (Cabinet Office).
    • ISACA’s COBIT 5 or COBIT 2019, for assessing IT governance, management and maturity within an organisation.
