Methodology
The University Master’s Degree in Philosophy and Debates on the Arts and Technology is based on a practical methodology. The aim is not simply to accumulate theoretical knowledge, but to test it through debate and independent research.
- The course content is delivered through a combination of lectures and discussion sessions, in which each concept is argued, examined and challenged.
- The programme culminates in the submission and presentation of your Master’s final project: an independent research project on a topic of your choice, completed under the supervision of an academic tutor. The dissertation will test your advanced research skills throughout the entire process, from formulating the research question to developing the final argument.
