Cybersecurity management requires an understanding of technology, the ability to anticipate risks and the capacity to make decisions aligned with the organisation’s objectives.
The Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity Management prepares students to address information security from a strategic, technical, legal and organisational perspective. Throughout the programme, they will develop skills to:
- Design and implement information security policies that protect digital assets and critical infrastructure while remaining aligned with business priorities.
- Manage cybersecurity risks and find the right balance between operational continuity, data protection and the organisation’s needs.
- Understand security architecture and data protection, as well as the main legal, technical and organisational challenges related to cybersecurity.
- Analyse the methods used by cybercriminals to anticipate threats, identify vulnerabilities and define appropriate protection measures.
- Develop analytical thinking and professional judgement to interpret requirements, design solutions and assess the security of systems and critical infrastructure.
- Oversee access control management and ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
- Design cybersecurity levels and safeguards that help protect organisations, essential services and people.
- Work in multidisciplinary teams, connecting technological, legal, organisational and business perspectives to respond to complex challenges.
