We bet on a methodology based on the 3 I’s:
- Interaction: La Salle-URL favors personal contact between teacher and student, in a climate of dialogue and participation to foster creative capacity and stimulate a critical spirit. In addition, students will be encouraged to attend events and seminars related to Health Engineering throughout the degree so that throughout their studies they acquire the language of the profession, as well as knowledge of the ecosystem, in a natural, continuous, stimulating and enjoyable way.
- Immersion: The student will carry out external internships in healthcare centers or companies to approach the professional world. This allows them to gain experience and facilitates, in the future, the insertion in the job market. In addition, it also allows allows the acquisition of transferable skills necessary for the correct integration of the student in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.
- Innovation: Through the projects, the Thesis and the internships, students will be able to develop real projects in collaboration with our collaborating centers to address real medical and health problems from the engineering point of view. Our entrepreneurial ecosystem will also allow students to explore and validate entrepreneurial opportunities in the life sciences as a result of their work.
