Goals
The aim of the Bachelor’s Degree in Animation and VFX at La Salle-URL is to train professionals capable of creating, developing and producing animation and visual effects content with artistic judgement, technical mastery and narrative ability.
By the end of the Bachelor’s degree, you will be prepared to:
- Develop 3D animation and VFX projects from the initial idea to the final piece.
- Understand every stage of an audiovisual production: pre-production, production, post-production and distribution.
- Use professional tools for 3D modelling, texturing, shading, rigging, animation, lighting, rendering, FX, compositing and colour correction.
- Apply artificial intelligence ethically, critically and responsibly in visual creation processes.
- Combine artistic thinking and technical mastery to solve narrative, visual and production challenges.
- Work in multidisciplinary teams with dynamics similar to those of studios and production companies.
- Create a strong portfolio geared towards the animation, visual effects, audiovisual and digital content industries.
