- Other university graduates: with experience in the sector of structures, project, calculation and execution.

Objectives

The student knows the casuistry of the follow-up, during all the constructive process and especially in those moments of the execution of the work that can present more risks. It is always intended to place more emphasis on prevention.
Mastery of methods and protocol on how to receive reception systems for works and avoid as much as possible the list of reviews, as well as commercial management in the acts of delivery to avoid disagreements with the recipients of the works.

Contents

MONITORING AND CONTROL OF MATERIALS AND COMPONENTS.
Controls of reception of materials and components, certificates of quality of the same, suitability and adequacy to the foreseen uses, characteristics of aging and conditions of maintenance and guarantees.
Control of unloading, storage and transport within the work of materials and components.
Preparation of the quality control program of the work and its impact on the project.
Record book of materials and components at the reception of the work.
Compliance with material and component regulations: Technical Building Code, stamp C, €. etc
Certificates of quality of the same.

MONITORING AND CONTROL OF EXECUTION QUALITY.
Basically aimed at the implementation of the different materials and components by qualified personnel and the required level of quality.
Preparation of the quality control program of the work and its impact on the execution process.
Rethinking / Earthworks / Foundations / Sanitation / Structures / Construction / Enclosures / Facades / Roofs / Waterproofing /
Interior divisions / Coatings / Floors / Carpentry / Installations / Special installations / Others.
Control of irresponsible actions and / or sabotage.
Everything related to quality and environmental audits (ISO, AENOR, etc.).

MONITORING AND CONTROL OF FINAL FINISHES.
Section of great importance in relation to the final result of the work and its final quality. Methodology to guarantee the good execution and to reduce the incidence of the reviews previous (and later) to the delivery of the work.
Monitoring and control of the good execution of all the work units, especially those that have a main impact on the final finishes, being those that externalize, leaving in sight, the quality of the building.
