Goals
In the Master's Degree in Architectural and Environmental Acoustics you will be trained around two complementary axes: architectural acoustics and noise pollution, from theory to real application.
You will delve into the theory and then apply it to practical cases and real situations of professional demand. Thus, you will develop skills in the following fields:
- You will perfect and expand your knowledge, with a solid understanding of the theoretical bases involved in the subject.
- You will receive professional solutions and project explanations from a faculty of expert professors and experienced professionals in the sector.
- You will design solution proposals for each situation and develop complete projects to implement them.
- You will carry out any type of acoustic measurement with professional equipment and in accordance with current regulations.
- You will master computer simulation, with professional simulation programs in all topics (environmental impact, acoustic simulation of spaces, insulation, among others).
- You will learn about the current legislation on acoustics: the European Directive, the Noise Law, regional and municipal laws, and the Noise Protection Document of the Spanish Technical Building Code.
