International Exchange Students

First semester (FALL / Sept - Jan)  

  • Nomination: April 1, 2023 - April 30, 2023  

  • Application: May 1, 2023 - May 30, 2023  

  • Orientation Day: September 7, 2023  

  • First day of classes: September 12, 2023  

  • Last day of classes: January 12, 2024  

  • Final Exams: January 15 - January 26, 2024  

  • Make-ups: July 1 - July 12, 2024  

Students who have failed a subject and need to recover must return to Barcelona to take the exams in person.  

Second semester (SPRING / Feb-Jun)  

  • Nomination: April 1, 2023 - April 30, 2023  

  • Application: October 1, 2023 - October 30, 2023  

  • Orientation Day: February 1, 2024  

  • First day of classes: February 6, 2024  

  • Last day of classes: May 24, 2024  

  • Final Exams: May 27 - June 7, 2024  

  • Make-ups: July 1 - July 12, 2024  

Students must have their visa and flights until the end of the recoveries in case they need to take the exams.
