Through the organization of various events, both candidates and companies can mutually know their needs and motivations, exchange their concerns and see their professional development in the short, medium and long term. In some occasions, collaborative challenges are proposed so that the professional performance of the candidates can be put into value in a real environment.

Talent Fair

La Salle Campus Barcelona Talent Fair

La Salle Talent Fair is usually organised twice a year, at the beginning and at the end of the course.

Participation in La Salle Talent Fair includes:

  • Registration in the online platform LSTALENTFAIR so that the Company can:
    • Disseminate detailed information about your project, services, culture, differential values and catchment strategy.
    • Post existing vacancies and wanted profiles.
    • Previously analyse the profile of all the candidates and participants. 
    • Send contact invitations to the candidates that interest you the most. 
    • Schedule interviews prior to the event. 
  • Stand where the public can be informed and attend the previously scheduled interviews.
  • Spaces and equipment for the development of workshops.
  • Methodology and dynamic activities.
  • USB stick with the CV’s of all the candidates registered in the online platform. 
  • Breakfast and Lunch catering.

Recruitment Day

Customised recruitment event aimed at Campus students and former students’ recruitment and the introduction of the company in the university environment. 

The Recruitment Day is tailored to the needs of different companies and offers the following opportunities:

  • Segmentation of the target of interest.
  • Preparation of messages and dissemination material.
  • Management of internal and external channels (offline y online).
  • Company presentation and Business Case.
  • Personal interviews with the candidates.

Challenge Programme

Students will compete to solve a challenge posed by the participating companies for 48 hours, encouraging the creation of proposals for disruptive innovation and projects of interest.

We establish an exchange of knowledge and skills between participants of different disciplines (engineering, business and architecture) through agile methodologies used to propose projects.

  • The companies have the opportunity to explore innovative solutions to the proposed challenges, knowing new ways of working, detecting talent and enter the university environment.
  • The selected participants have the opportunity to be trained with real cases and be advised by mentors.
  • The Challenge programmes are structured under an innovative methodology. The benefits that the company will get from this programme are:
