The overall objectives of the course are:
OA1. Identify and evaluate business opportunities, recognize the requirements for undertaking and analyze the risks associated with the entrepreneurial process.
OA2. Design and structure a viable business plan, calculate financing needs and apply basic business valuation techniques to attract investors.
OA3. Develop entrepreneurial communication skills, including the elevator pitch, and understand the formal steps to initiate, manage and conclude an entrepreneurial project.
OA4. Identify and interpret the main accounting documents of an entrepreneurial project.
OA5. Apply basic financial planning techniques to evaluate the viability of the business.
OA6. Recognize the different sources of financing and entrepreneurial valuation metrics.

Each session is divided into three parts:
- Prior to the session, the teacher gives the agenda for the next session, as well as some general guidelines for students to search for information on the field
- The teacher imparts basic knowledge and proposes questions for student participation
- A session is dedicated to discussing a case. The teacher assists students who require it to clarify any possible doubts that may arise.
The training activities used in the course are:

- Evaluation activities
The evaluation consists of the following items:

? 70% Exam
The course does not provide a citation reference because one of the goals is that students are autonomous in finding information. In any case, we recommend reading two good books applicable to entrepreneurship.
