The Master in Digital Transformation (MTTD), the Master in Big Data (MUBD), the Master in Smart Cities & Smart Grids (MTSS) and the Master in eHealth (MEH), both onsite and online modalities, will include in the 2020-2021 academic year the interdisciplinary course 'eHealth Opportunities & Challenges: IoT, AI and Ethics' by the European project ERASMUS + ATHIKA (www.athika.eu) within their academic program. Part of this training will be carried out along with students from the Universities of West Scotland UWS (Paisley, Scotland) and Tartu UT (Tartu, Estonia).
This online course will start on February 8th 2021 and will last one and a half months. With it you will lay the foundations of the eHealth sector from a perspective of real challenges and technologies (IoT, IA, ML) that can be key to the evolution of the sector, always from a humanistic perspective and ethical reflection of the technological solution.
At the end of the course, a competition will be launched in the Workshop organized by La Salle-URL (to be held at the end of April 2021) where students will apply the knowledge acquired to solve a real challenge. The winners will have the possibility to go for 2 weeks (July 2021), all expenses paid, to one of the project companies to develop the prototype together with the winners of the other universities (UWS, UT).
