Sound shapes the way we live, work, and experience the world. Acoustic engineering plays a vital role in addressing noise and vibration pollution and in creating immersive sound experiences across diverse sectors, including aerospace, automotive, railways, construction, industry, and entertainment.¿
The Master of Science in Acoustics, Audio and Vibrations offers advanced training in acoustics, vibrations, and audio processing, taking an innovative approach that makes full use of emerging technologies. You will carry out numerical simulations, perform experiments, and apply artificial intelligence to design efficient and sustainable solutions.¿
Through a combination of theory and practice, the programme prepares you to address real-world challenges in areas such as noise and vibration control, environmental acoustics, sound quality enhancement and audio system optimisation.
The programme's activities will take place at the Acoustics Lab at the Interactive Arts & Science Laboratory (IASLab) at La Salle–Ramon Llull University.
