Methodology

The EMBA Digital Leaders program presents a selected combination of different learning methodologies that are used according to the type of objectives and contents to be worked on at each moment. Active listening, critical thinking and interactive debate always prevail on a learn-by-doing basis.

  • Master Classes.
  • Case Studies.
  • Role-play.
  • Self-paced learning.
  • Workshops with Visual thinking and Manual thinking.
  • Individual and group assignments with peer-to-peer evaluation.

This mix will prepare you for:

  • Communicate with impact and influence.
  • Develop leadership and cooperation skills.
  • Increase the ability to adapt to new environments and situations.
  • Boost teamwork performance and have more management tools with different behavioral profiles and team roles.
  • Learn to analyze and make decisions in unexpected situations, under pressure and outside the comfort zone.
  • Manage tasks, resources and time effectively.
  • Practice your negotiation and conflict management skills.

In addition, the Master's Thesis, conveyed through a Business Plan, is one of the most powerful academic learning elements of the EMBA. It is a work to be developed as a team for more than 1 year where all the concepts and fundamentals learned in the different subjects of the program are applied in a practical and transversal way. This exercise requires a considerable effort individually and as a team, which helps achieve a deep understanding of the different subjects of the MBA.

The Executive MBA also includes a personalized coaching plan for personal skills with different specialties that also includes the professional career part. Thus, the different blocks of Leadership and Management Development sessions together with the Stage Outdoor Training and the Coaching Plan represent a transformative journey for students throughout the program.
