Methodology

The learning method of the Course in Artificial Intelligence and Urbanism: Shaping the Cities of the Future combines synchronous remote classes and face-to-face sessions, integrating theory and practice in a balanced way.

Throughout the program you will participate in theoretical classes accompanied by practical dynamics, such as case studies, critical debates and applied exercises, which will allow you to analyze and experience the concepts from an interdisciplinary perspective.

The course culminates with the preparation and final presentation of a project, which you will begin to develop from the first sessions, and which will evolve throughout the program.

The practical workshop acts as a common thread of the training: you will progressively work on a conceptual urban intervention proposal – such as a neighbourhood, a street, a public space, a mobility node or an infrastructure – that integrates ethical, technological and well-being criteria.
