The objective of the Sustainable Project Management Course is to acquire the necessary knowledge to:

- Explore the relationship between professional ethics and sustainability in project management, and acquire skills to make ethical decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

- Understand how sustainability affects project team dynamics and develop strategies to foster a sustainable corporate culture.
- Provide tools and practical resources for implementing sustainable practices in project management, including measurement and evaluation of sustainability.
