This course is designed for HR professionals with at least five years' experience in positions of responsibility who want to play an active role in transforming their organisations.
It is particularly suitable if you:
- Are an HR Manager, HR Director, HR Business Partner or hold another senior HR position
- Are involved in organisational, cultural or digital transformation initiatives
- Need to support people and teams through periods of change
- Want to understand and apply AI in HR with greater confidence and sound judgement
- Want to strengthen the strategic role of HR within your organisation
No previous knowledge of AI or digital transformation is required. The programme progresses gradually from understanding key concepts to applying them in practice.
