Flor Farsadi has over 20 years of international experience in Human Resources, having worked with companies such as Unilever, Danone, Mitsubishi and Savola Group across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Throughout her career, she has led talent management, organisational development and cultural transformation initiatives, as well as contributing to large-scale change programmes.
She has more than 10 years' experience designing and facilitating workshops and training programmes for multinational organisations, including Unilever, Danone, LG Electronics and Savola Group, as well as business schools.
She is a recognised international speaker in HR transformation and AI, with speaking engagements including:

Her professional background combines senior HR leadership experience with strong expertise in technology. She holds a Master's degree in Project Management, a Master's degree in Big Data and Analytics, and a postgraduate qualification in Entrepreneurship and Startup Creation. She also holds specialised AI certifications from Wharton Business School, IBM and Vanderbilt University.
