La Salle Campus Barcelona's pre-university Summer School, Develop Your Debate and Political Discourse Skills, is a practical workshop where you will have the opportunity to enhance your analytical, argumentative, and public speaking skills while delving into the most relevant political issues of our time.
During the course, you will explore concepts such as the State, justice, freedom, and democracy. Engage in debates on these topics with your peers, guided by experts in the field.
Throughout the course, you will develop your skills to question established beliefs of society, understand the tensions in political debate, and reflect on how we can build a better future from an ethical and philosophical perspective.
The program is delivered in person and in English, so you will need an intermediate level to make the most of the experience and connect with peers from around the world.
You can choose to participate for one or two weeks, at the time that best suits you:
- From 10:00 to 14:00: Includes the lectures for your specialty.
- From 10:00 to 15:00: Includes lectures and lunch on campus, where you will interact with students from all courses.
- From 10:00 to 20:00 (two weeks): Includes lectures, lunch on campus, and cultural activities.
- Complete Pack (two weeks): Includes lectures, accommodation in the university residence (on-campus), meals, transfer service (airport-campus and vice versa), and cultural activities (first weekend included).
By choosing an option with activities, you’ll take part in cultural excursions and organized weekend plans. Learning and fun go hand in hand. Connect with classmates from around the world and enjoy a more complete and enriching experience.
