That is why the programme culminates in the development of a Personal Development Plan (PDP)—a practical tool that will help you transform what you have learned into a clear commitment to your ongoing professional development.
Throughout the programme, you will identify your strengths, recognise the competencies you wish to develop further and discover new ways of addressing the challenges associated with leadership.
Once you have completed your Personal Development Plan (PDP), you will receive individual faculty feedback to help you refine it and support its practical implementation.
By the end of the course, you will have much more than an academic credential. You will leave with a practical roadmap that you can continue to use throughout your professional career as you develop your leadership capabilities.
