Companies are facing a significant challenge: harnessing new digital opportunities while avoiding succumbing to the disruption that digitization will bring to many sectors. This translates into new projects that together will form the Digital Transformation Plan of a company.
These projects will impact their businesses and business models and set the strategic direction of their organizations for the next decade. However, many project managers lack the necessary knowledge to manage them.
With the Course in Digital Transformation Project Management, we provide project managers with an understanding of the digitization process, how it affects their companies, and what aspects they need to consider to manage such projects. We will take you on a journey through the dimensions of digital transformation, from social networks to organizational changes, through digital marketing or Big Data.
The Course in Digital Transformation Project Management is part of a broader training itinerary, the Program in Digital Project Management (15 ECTS) at La Salle Campus Barcelona.
