Methodology
The teaching methodology in the Course in Digital Transformation Project Management in face-to-face mode is structured in four steps for each session of the program:
- Previous preparation: You will need to perform tasks recommended by the professor, such as readings, videos, or exercises, to acquire knowledge before the session and participate more effectively in class discussions.
- Concept presentation: The session begins by fostering debate among students. You will discuss key concepts related to the topic at hand.
- Practical analysis: The second part of the session is dedicated to the analysis and resolution of a practical case or proposed exercise. You will apply the discussed concepts and strengthen learning through practice.
- Post-session tasks: It is recommended that you perform additional tasks at home recommended by the professor to reinforce the knowledge acquired in class.
Course evaluation will be based on the individual performance of the student and the grade obtained for group work.
