Goals
The course is 100% practical and is based on an exercise in which you will be the focus of the entire programme: you will be in charge of the mission to design a reform in the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion in Barcelona, an emblematic space of modern architecture, which you will end up building in a scale model and with three-dimensional images.
In the classes you will have the opportunity to learn more about space design and its relationship to climate. You'll also practise the following skills: from sizing and model building to history and basic theory.
The course serves as a great foundation for any pre-university student interested in architecture and design.
