Objectives

- Understand the content of an urban planning document to identify what building capacity, what uses can be developed, and what formal limits must be respected.

- Understand the possibilities and tools that should allow adjustments or modifications to address certain actions.

- Develop technical projects and carry out the construction management of buildings within the scope of their legal qualifications.

Contents

· Introduction: urban planning legislation, building capacity of land.

· Municipal Urban Planning Plan: characteristics, land classification, concept of plot, systems and zones, urban improvement sectors, urban development areas.

· Building regulations: types of planning: regulations according to different types, common elements for different types.

· Derived planning: urban partial plans, urban special plans, comprehensive special plans, urban improvement plans, detailed studies.

· Planning management: plot divisions, planning execution systems, cost evaluation, stage plan.

· Documentary content of urban planning: structure, informative, propositional, and management content.
