Objectives

Understand the content of an urban planning document to identify building possibilities, allowable uses, and formal limits to be respected.

Acquire knowledge of the possibilities and tools needed to adjust or modify the approach to specific urban interventions.

Develop technical projects and manage the construction site supervision within the framework of legal requirements.

Introduction: Urban planning legislation, buildable capacity of the land.

Municipal Urban Planning Plan: Characteristics, land classification, concept of a plot, systems and zones, urban improvement sectors, urban development areas.

Building Regulation: Types of planning: regulation according to different types, common elements for different types.

Derived Planning: Partial urban planning plans, special urban planning plans, comprehensive special plans, urban improvement plans, detailed studies.

Plan Management: Polygonal divisions, planning execution systems, cost evaluation, stage plan.

Documental Content of Urban Plans: Structure, informative content, propositional content, and management content.
