Methodology
The course is based on the SPL - Self-Paced Learning – learning methodology, it allows you to follow the course at your own pace and complete it within a maximum of two months. You will guide and supported by a mentor teacher who will help you to solve any doubt throughout the learning process.
As a methodology focused on objectives, the student is responsible for his learning by viewing the video lessons, reading and viewing additional resources, solving tasks and self-evaluation tests.
In the virtual campus you will have different resources available to support your learning process, some of them are common and others specific to each chapter.
Common resources:
- News board, contact point between students and tutors.
- Weekly synchronized video conference meetings to solve doubts with tutors.
- Student follow-up, where you will have access to your progress and performance level.
- Glossary of terminology in "flashcards" format.
- Wiki knowledge, open and common to all students of La Salle.
Chapter specific resources:
- Videos explaining each of the concepts, aspects and tools of Lean Project Management
- Presentations with detailed explanations.
- Evaluation test associated with each session.
