The contents of this course are structured in 7 modules that correspond to 7 fundamental skills for leading people and teams:

  1. Self-knowledge.
  2. Personal productivity.
  3. Interpersonal communication.
  4. Creativity.
  5. Team work.
  6. Leadership and team development.
  7. Negotiation and conflict resolution.

At the end of the 7 modules, students will present a Personal Development Plan (PDP) in which they will define their main improvement opportunities and their corresponding action plan.

Once the PDP has been submitted, students will receive individual feedback from the teacher so that students can apply it successfully.
