Goals
The objectives will focus on:
- Become familiar with the basic concepts and frameworks of action in management, as well as with the main applications and interpretations of data analysis techniques.
- Know how to capture the organizational knowledge offered by data analysis.
- Within the field of management, develop analytical and planning skills; definition and resolution of problems; elaboration, making and implementation of decisions; search and interpretation of relevant data; formulation of strategies and work effectively with others.
