Requirements
La Salle-URL is a PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP). According to the update announced by the PMI, the 35 hours of project management training, delivered in person or online, will only be valid for taking the PMP® exam if completed through an authorized provider. The hours earned in this program will continue to be recognized by the PMI toward fulfilling this requirement.
1. With a GAC accredited university master's degree
- You must demonstrate 24 months of experience as a project manager. This is equivalent to 2 years of experience (non-matching months) within the last 10 years.
2. With a university degree
- 35 hours of training in project management.
- You must demonstrate 36 months of experience as a project manager. This is equivalent to 3 years of experience (non-matching months) within the last 10 years.
3. Higher-level vocational training
- 35 hours of training in project management.
- You must demonstrate 48 months of experience as a project manager. This is equivalent to 4 years of experience (non-overlapping months) within the last 10 years.
4. Baccalaureate or intermediate vocational training
- 35 hours of training in project management.
- You must demonstrate 60 months of experience as a project manager. This is equivalent to 5 years of experience (non-matching months) within the last 10 years.
