Methodology
The Course in Lean Six Sigma with Green Belt Certification follows a work methodology based on learning-by-doing:
- Theoretical training.
- Practical cases and real experiences.
- Real project to be carried out at the end of the training.
After completing the 40-hour training, you will work on a personal project applying the Lean Six Sigma methodology in your workplace. Upon successfully completing the classroom sessions and the final work, you will receive the Green Belt professional certification from La Salle-URL.
